We’ve had to make some changes in how we do things, but we have not changed our desire for you and your loved ones to have healthy mouths and happy smiles. Knowing this, we want to encourage you to do some simple things that can improve or maintain your oral health:
- Brush your teeth twice daily
- Floss every day
- Schedule regular dental cleanings and exams
- Drink plenty of water
As the weather gets warmer, we know it’s tempting to drink soft drinks, sports drinks, and other sweet beverages. Just know that water is your best option, and even if you don’t drink it all the time, drinking it more than the other things is better for your teeth.
